The aim of <strong>Diafarm<\/strong> is to improve people\u00b4s health and well-being, creating and marketing safe, effective and high-quality products that serve as a complement to a healthier lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>The business model is based on the successful work with proprietary development brands and the corresponding distribution. Likewise, there is a joint collaboration with the business partners on distributed brands through long-term agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the health products commercialized by <strong>Diafarm<\/strong> are Arnidol, Siken, Vitanatur, Aquamed and Faringesic. Some of the products distributed by Diafarm are Ricola, Bach, Roha and Microlife.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratorios Diafarm<\/strong> is present in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, as well as in other European countries through local distributors.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition, framed in the strategic lines defined by <strong>FAES FARMA<\/strong>, the Group reinforces its position in the pharmacy segment and opens up to a multi-channel and multi-country distribution in the Healthcare sector.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last June 2017, FAES FARMA completed the purchase of Laboratorios Diafarm, which is now incorporated into the structure of the company.
