Diafarm

Last June 2017, FAES FARMA completed the purchase of Laboratorios Diafarm, which is now incorporated into the structure of the company.

Diafarm is a pharmaceutical laboratory specialized in natural solutions for health and well-being, namely OTC and parapharmacy products. The aim of Diafarm is to improve people´s health and well-being, creating and marketing safe, effective and high-quality products that serve as a complement to a healthier lifestyle.

The business model is based on the successful work with proprietary development brands and the corresponding distribution. Likewise, there is a joint collaboration with the business partners on distributed brands through long-term agreements.

Some of the health products commercialized by Diafarm are Arnidol, Siken, Vitanatur, Aquamed and Faringesic. Some of the products distributed by Diafarm are Ricola, Bach, Roha and Microlife.

Laboratorios Diafarm is present in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, as well as in other European countries through local distributors.

With this acquisition, framed in the strategic lines defined by FAES FARMA, the Group reinforces its position in the pharmacy segment and opens up to a multi-channel and multi-country distribution in the Healthcare sector.
