Faes Farma Group has a channel for reporting concerns (whistleblowing channel) that allows employees and other persons related to the Group, such as members of the Board of Directors, shareholders, suppliers, contractors or subcontractors, to report any potentially significant irregularities, including financial and accounting irregularities, or of any other nature, that they may detect within any company of the Faes Farma Group.
Communications may be submitted trough the following channels:

Communications will be received and analyzed by the Ethics Committee of the Group, with the supervision of the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Confidentiality of all communications is guaranteed, respecting at all times the rights of the complainant and the accused. Anonymous communications will also be accepted, as long as they contain the minimum data needed to conduct an investigation on the matter.
